This exhibitor session explores the past and present of institutional English proficiency testing and its impact on administrators, teachers, and students. The presenters will illustrate how an innovative computer adaptive assessment, KITE, provides solutions to problems with traditional proficiency tests by accurately measuring proficiency and recommending specific subskills for improvement.
