The presenter will advocate for implementing peer review through a formal essay assignment as a supplement to in-class feedback. Through such an assignment, students develop skills in reading, writing, and using language to talk about the practice of composing college-level texts in a way that often does not occur in traditional feedback activities. Assignments and strategies will be shared.
